Orders

If you've got an account with us, you can log in and go to 'account' then 'my orders' to see all the lovely things you've bought on our website.

 

We will try our best to send your order as soon as possible, normally sending packages takes 1 to 3 days. When the product is not on stock we will get in contact with you, so you'll know how long it will take to produce and to send. Please check your email (including your spambox) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

 

Payments

We offer 3 different payments methods. Paypal, bank transfer in advance and Tikkie. For Tikkie, send us a message and we will send you a Tikkie QR-code. At the moment the money arrived at our bank account (mostly on the same day) we will send your order.

 

Extra service

We offer gift wrap service. Include in the 'opmerkingen' when your are at 'bevestiging/bestellen' that you want it wrapped. We have the following themes: baby boy, baby girl, birthday, X-mas, Valentine and Sinterklaas.

 

Delivery

We deliver to any destination within the Netherlands and EU. Also we deliver to any destination outside EU but we cannot guaranty that the product will arrive and when.

 

Standard delivery costs within the Netherlands can vary between EUR 4,10 to EUR 6,75 ( free when you spend over EUR 70,00) depending on weight and measurement.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the track&trace number for your parcel.

 

Delivery costs outside the Netherlands within the EU can vary between EUR4,65 to EUR 13,00 (free when you spend over EUR 100,00) depending on weight and measurement. When choosing delivery without track&trace, all risks are for the buyer.

 

Please get in contact with us if you want us to send to any other country outside the EU. We will try our best to send to any country you want. We will not pay any additional costs like customs fees and import duties and clearance charges, you will be liable to pay. There is no additional delivering charges within the EU. We are not responsible for any delay caused by third parties.

 

Products that has been damaged or packages that are missing outside the Netherlands are not reimbursed. For products and packages inside the Netherlands I will reimburse the half of the costs.

 

Click and Collect

We offer the opportunity to click and collect. When selecting click and collect we will get in contact with you. Our address is in The Hague.

 

Return, exchange or annulation

Please let us know within 7 days after receiving the product if you want to return, annul or exchange it. Send the item within 14 days back to House of Wool and Cotton, Den Haag Netherland. After this period I cannot reimburse you. Customers are responsible for the returns and the costs. If a package arrives damaged it will reflect on the reimbursed amount.

 

Custom made items are not returnable.
